Talent Acquisition Process
The recruitment process is immediately followed by the selection process i.e. the final interviews and the decision making, conveying the decision and the appointment formalities.
 
The recruitment process follows four phases: Job analysis, sourcing, screening and selection, and on-boarding.
 
Finding the right talent for the right position follows standardized steps to ensure fairness, equal opportunity and proper evaluation for all candidates based on a set of predefined criteria. These steps include:
  1. Identifying the vacancy to be filled in the supply chain or logistics function
  2. Preparing the job description and person specification
  3. Advertising the vacancy
  4. Managing the response
  5. Short-listing potential candidates
  6. Arranging the interviews with the selected candidates
  7. Conducting the interviews to evaluate the candidates' both soft skills and technical skills relevant to the logistics function in demand
  8. Making a decision where the most appropriate fit exists between the employer, its organization, the vacant job and the candidate
